Who You Are:

  • You bring 5-8 years of experience in project management, solutions delivery, or platform enablement roles — ideally within a marketing, digital, or data-driven environment.
  • You’re skilled at managing multiple projects and timelines with calm and clarity.
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to translate between technical and non-technical teams.
  • You’re comfortable leading training sessions, facilitating onboarding, and helping others build confidence with new tools and solutions.
  • You understand the importance of both governance and flexibility in scaling Martech capabilities.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ) or social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr).
  • Experience supporting or launching AI-driven tools, alerting systems, or risk monitoring frameworks.
  • Formal training or certification in project management (Agile, PMP, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience working with or within marketing teams in large or enterprise organizations.



About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Solutions Manager to support rollout, training, and evolution of our Martech solutions — with a focus on influencer risk alerts, social media governance, and platform-specific service lines.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role ideal for someone who enjoys translating business needs into real-world solutions, managing projects end-to-end, and ensuring teams are confident and equipped to make the most of the tools at their disposal. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, data and tech teams, and platform experts to support adoption, alignment, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive onboarding, enablement, and internal education for our custom influencer brand safety alert solution. 
  • Develop comprehensive playbooks and training resources to guide user onboarding across our influencer and social media service lines, ensuring teams are empowered and confident in both platform capabilities and governance best practices. Lead engaging training sessions to build expertise and drive adoption.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams to gather and document business needs and solution requirements.
  • Translate requirements into actionable implementation plans in close coordination with analysts, platform admins, and data leads.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of new features, workflows, and service capabilities related to social and influencer tech stacks.
  • Apply change management principles to ensure smooth adoption, clear communication, and long-term engagement across teams.
  • Coordinate the execution of business-driven solutions across tools like Sprinklr and CreatorIQ, Tubular Labs, BLINK etc. 
  • Monitor performance and adoption, gather feedback, and iterate to improve functionality and user experience over time.
