CX Content Architect, Innovation Leader (Copywriter)




  • Creative copywriter and content curator with substantial experience working with digital and social media (3+ years in agency or client)
  • Knowledge of social media tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Creative abilities in written and verbal communication.
  • Very familiar with social media in the tech sector and
  • knowledgeable of high-quality, news-worthy, trust-worthy international information sources.
  • Bilingual or Native English speaker and professional proficiency in Spanish.
  • Ability to manage direct client incoming requests and manage client expectations.
  • Owner of the social global calendar for the client.
  • Leadership: ability to lead a team of diverse and international professionals, setting short and long term individual and team objectives. Leads by example, and empowers those around to take on new exciting tasks that would further their abilities
  • Creative capabilities: copywriting skills and ability to conceptualize ideas for real time and always on content in support of content manager.

Mission:

We are looking for a Senior Creative Copywriter, to create content with intention and a long-term impact with excellent vision and criteria for how the job should be performed and "think outside the box" mentality.

With 360° experience in different industries and channels but with a unique passion to conceptualise digital ideas. We are looking for someone who's looking every day for new kinds of technology, innovative ways to execute ads or even different artistic trends.

Outcomes and accountabilities:

  • Leads always-on content creation for the brand, liaising with client’s Social
  • Media Content Manager and Publisher, as well as the community management and creative teams at Findasense.
  • Sets the brand tone and conceptualizes what the brand should communicate on its owned channels to create purposeful engagement.
  • Proactively tracks trending topics and discovers opportunities for the brand to participate in online conversations with branded content.
  • Takes in all incoming content requests, writes social copy and loads the finalized content into Sprinklr
  • Finds the perfect balances between a variety of content pillars available to create a highly-dynamic environment where engagement with the brand happens organically.
  • Creates concept and writes scripts for audiovisual and narrative-based projects.
  • Writes social media copy for all content published from clients’ social media platforms (FB, IG, TW, YT, LK)
  • Campaign Content: writes on-brand social copy for bigger brand and product campaigns to help bring them to life on social media.
  • Take in all incoming content requests, write social copy and load them into the company’s Social Media tool, Sprinklr.
  • Owns the global social media calendar: sorts through available content to build a solid, coherent always-on social media calendar, noticing both gaps and opportunities.
  • Content tracking: keeps track of already created content that hasn’t been used but is evergreen (events content, product content from other teams, etc.)
  • Content re-purpose: reshares already posted content that’s worked well and can be reshared.
  • Global Tech Events: both brand-specific and strategic tech events, creating copy for all real time and pre-created content (examples: IFA Berlin, MWC Barcelona, CES Las Vegas).
  • Global Sponsorships: writes social copy for sports-related brand sponsorships (F1, MotoGP, Ducati Motor).
