  • General education degree or general.
  • Heavy user of Social Media.
  • At least 2 years in Customer Service working across Digital Channels
  • Experience managing request through a CRM
  • Excellent writing and spelling.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Available from March to October

Mission:

Manage customer communication across traditional and digital channels. You will be the front line of support for clients and customers and you will help ensure that customers are satisfied


Outcomes and accountabilities

  • Keeping connection with consumers through different social channels.
  • Working with agent teams, content creators to face different challenges.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions in a CRM (salesforce).
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customers service process.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Providing reporting status of the brand.
  • Analyze all customer inquiries and document cases for install and repair work.
