    • You have done an MBA or you have a deep Management and Business Administration proven skills.

    • Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas; confident public speaker
    • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration behaviors with extended teams
    • Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Attention to detail quality deliverables.
    • Experience in managing your time and time of others.
    • Business level English mandatory
    • Other relevant languages would be a distinct advantage
    • Experience (technical, commercial, industry / product / functional expertise, etc.)
    • Mobility - 20% of travel time required.

We are looking for experience professionals in the consultancy and digital marketing industry, who has been involved in multiple projects with international clients, who is passionate about communication and the most innovative digital area of the industry, omnichannel customer experience, marketing one to one, social conversations, engagement and branded content.


Mission

Lead our business development strategy in Mexico business unit, identifying top priority opportunities and leads and anticipate possible obstacles to achieve our growing objectives. Working with the pre-sales and consulting teams to create a value proposition and close sales opportunities, being involved in the planning, developing and managing of prospect client projects.


Main accountabilities and outcomes
Maintaining positive on-going relationships to meet evolving client needs.

Prospecting, developing business, responding to RFP´s, developing proposals for presentation to customers, and selling our Products and Services.

Cultivating relationships with high level clients in an international consulting environment.

Have the broad overview, to reach for insight, cross-sight and fore-sight, applied to a very dynamic day and connected to what's going on and how think online society, both locally and globally.

Develop and execute the business development plan, according to the company's plan.

Define the local marketing plan aligned with the global plan so that each region achieves the goals of awareness and positioning of the company.

Prospect new clients, generate leads, converting them into business development opportunities.

Close sales and long-term customers.

Define and manage optimally the resources to achieve the pre-established business objectives.
