We are looking for a digital Creative Lead, with experience of many campaigns, a follower of communications and an active participant in the digital industry. An expert in one to one marketing, social conversations, engagement, promotions and in viral and branded content.

High capacity of strategic skills in Social Media channels. Identify trends and insights in real time.

You will have the ability to create digital marketing strategies, present them to the client and implement them along with a creative team

Accountabilities and main responsibilities

  • Managing of content creation for all channels pro-actively & re-actively with coordination Operations Manager, Digital Manager & Community Managers
  • Translating the Brand Manager’s needs into a brief, understanding and establishing the business problem at hand.
  • Creating inspiring strategic and creative briefs.
  • Creating, developing and presenting first-class strategies and anticipating the outcome, strengths and threats.
  • Adjust strategies to Real Time consumer responses. This involves a continuous contact with the client. You'll be pivotal in the execution of their plans.
  • Managing & ensuring of content creation improvement of existing repository development/ aggregation of always-on content by brands
  • Understanding the consumer and Internet user of your market even better than they know themselves. Establish various research activities (digital, physical, in the street, panels...).
  • Market benchmark. You will be responsible for positioning brands and products competitively. All the while looking for the niche and competitive advantage
  • Excellent INTERPRETATION of reports and data, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Developing, managing and updating content repository
  • Ensuring & monitoring that the processes are completed within the KPIs & SLAs
  • Answering ad hoc questions of the content team during their processes
  • Participate in recruitment processes in order to recruit new content team
  • Contributing towards the quality & training processes
  • The conceptualization of creative liquid concepts, above ideas of support or executions.
  • Know how to download a creative concept and a communication territory, any piece of content, from an article, a report, a video, a promotion or a viral.
  • The provision of research and advice in social, content and digital first class cases.
  • In charge of all the briefs of the brand of adaptation and creation of creative concepts with your planner.
  • Protocols of organization of your team and distribution of tasks and functions to take into account the motivated, creative, productive and open to the amount of ideas that we will provide. The concept is about a round table of contents.
  • Offer ideas and creative concepts to make a better competitor of your region when you play.
